Students who wish to enroll in any of the education programs at the University will require filling an application form. Details provided in the form would be assessed against the program you have applied for. After you have been selected, you will be asked to fill in an extensive application form. FEES
Fees for each program varies. The university reserves the rights to update fees anytime. However, once you have enrolled in a program, you will not be required to pay the modified fee.Limitation of Liability

University should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. In case of discrepancy due to technical error or dissatisfaction, University allows you to request refund in accordance with the following policy:Posting Information on the Website
University strictly prohibits transmission of any unlawful, threatening, obscene and otherwise offensive information.The quality of our courses and our educational system gives us the confidence to offer money back guarantee that allows students to claim refund for the enrollment fee paid.
- 95% of amount refunded (5% processing fee deducted) for students who haven't completed their first course.
- 75% of amount refunded (5% processing fee and 20% administrative fee deducted) for students who have completed their first course and claim refund within 7 days after course result is announced. If more than 7 days have passed, refund is not applicable. However, for special cases, you may contact our student support numbers for assistance.
REFUND POLICY FOR TUITION FEES
The following policy is applicable if you have paid the full, half or quarter of the program fee:
Students are enrolled in courses/programs with the understanding that they will complete the entire curriculum. If for any reason they drop the course/program, s/he will not be entitled to request a tuition fee refund. Besides the stated intent, scholarships are awarded using he existing pool of funds and thus refund on scholarship or tuition fee works against the financial framework. However, for special cases, you may contact our student support numbers for assistance.
REFUND POLICY FOR CHARGING ERROR
In case of recurring or duplicate charging due to any processing error, you would immediately be refunded for the full amount.
All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. University , based on the violation of your user agreement, reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case by case basis.
REFUND PROCESS
In order to get the refund request processed, one must submit photographs of destroyed degree and documents that have been shipped to them from Northern Florida University, as a proof that they will not be utilized for other purposes. Also note that once the refund is processed your 'Credential Verification Link' will be disabled.
- Log on to student area to submit images of destroyed degree and documents
- Wait for the verification from a Northern Florida University’s authorized personnel
- Resubmit images in case of wrong or faulty upload
- On completion of verification process, get the refund within 5 to 7 working days
